Team
The Climate Resilience Solutions Team provides services for public and private sector clients in the design of inclusive climate and NatCat (re)insurance schemes, working with multilateral actors such as the World Bank, FAO, UNDP and WFP. A core part of our business is the management of two pools of Technical Assistance (TA), enabling partners to pioneer approaches to protect the most vulnerable. Services financed by the TA include capacity building of clients and partners, client education, product R&D and structuring services, and marketing, in low- and middle-income countries.
We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the management and deployment of the TA facilities, in addition to project management of other key initiatives within the team.
Role
The Senior Project Manager will predominantly lead on the management and deployment of the CRS team Technical Assistance. Activities include leading on all operational processes related to the pools of TA, including but not limited to; due diligence of potential partners, proposal approval processes, administrative and implementation support throughout project life cycle and support to report writing including impact reporting.
In addition, the Senior PM will support on key project accounts as part of the CRS team, as needed.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in project or account management and managing complex operational procedures, with the ability to work with diverse range of cultures across sectors and professions. The ideal candidate for this role can work efficiently to tight deadlines. Working experience with public sector and multilateral funders is highly favoured. Responsibilities
Lead the team’s efforts to:

Qualifications

The NatCatPro Team
The NCP team performs the underwriting function for the Celsius Pro Group. The NCP team works closely with the Business Development Team and the Modelling and R&D Team.
